965 WILL YOU OR CAN YOU STAND ALONE

 

SYNOPSIS: Many people have no ability to be by themselves. Some people say they like to be alone but that really is untrue. If there mother or father disowned them they would cry. If their sibling would not talk with them anymore they would cry. If their friends would not associate with them anymore they would die. If new faith based friends did not talk with them anymore this would be devastating to them Today we are going to study what it truly meat when YESHUA said “why have you forsaken me”. What would you do if this happened to you?

Ref. Jos 24:15  If it seems bad to you to serve YEHOVAH, then choose today whom you are going to serve! Will it be the gods your ancestors served beyond the River? or the gods of the Emori, in whose land you are living? As for me and my household, we will serve YEHOVAH!"

Job 1:3  He owned 7,000 sheep, 3,000 camels, 500 pairs of oxen and 500 female donkeys, as well as a great number of servants; so that he was the wealthiest man in the east. 

Job 1:4  It was the custom of his sons to give banquets, each on his set day in his own house; and they would invite their three sisters to eat and drink with them. 

Job 1:5  After a cycle of banquets, Iyov would send for them to come and be consecrated; then he would get up early in the morning and offer burnt offerings for each of them, because Iyov said, "My sons might have sinned and blasphemed God in their thoughts." This is what Iyov did every time.
