P018 The Tallit
Joh 19:23 When the soldiers had nailed Yeshua to the stake, they took his clothes and divided them into four shares, a share for each soldier, with the under-robe left over. Now the under-robe was seamless, woven in one piece from top to bottom;
Joh 19:24 so they said to one another, "We shouldn't tear it in pieces; let's draw for it." This happened in order to fulfill the words from the Tanakh, "They divided my clothes among themselves and gambled for my robe." This is why the soldiers did these things.
What was the robe that they gambled away? What is its importance? Is this the same robe or tallit that Yosef wore? In this message entitle “The Tallit” we will go through the scriptures to show you how important this garment of praise is for those who say they are followers of Messiah Yeshua. We will speak about the significance the TALLIT has for us today. We will show definitely what the garment was that came from the sky in Acts chapter 10 and how it should be viewed in a Hebraic manor.
